I have a variety of sales and customer management experience, including Business-to-Business sales experience. Through my positions with Verizon, I have been involved with Contract negotiations and generation. I have been involved with managing customers from both a sales and support standpoint. I have a great customer service record with every company I have worked with and currently work with.
