In the 23 years I've been with Lincoln Financial, I have held many different positions, all of which required many responsibilities such as providing excellent customer service, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills as well as providing high quality production. I am very efficient at multi-tasking and am very much a team player and can function well in a team environment or independently.
Currently, I’m in the Compensation area of Producer Solutions where I am a Compensation Maintenance
Specialist. I review and process agent changes on the individual annuity products. I reject changes that are not in good order and may contact the agent or agency to verify information if needed.
I have a strong knowledge in basic office equipment and am a quick-learner in whatever training is required to do a job accurately and proficiently.

I worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Brentwood Elementary School in the Fort Wayne Community Schools district. My job functions included assisting the teachers in whatever task they needed done or help with. I worked one on one with students, helping them with learning and mastering skills on a daily basis.
JC PENNEY COMPANY 2008-2009
At JC Penny Co, I worked part time as an hourly sales support associate. I helped clean and maintain fitting rooms. I placed clothing and accessories back on the racks. I assisted the customers whenever possible as well as recovery of the store at closing time.
