• Familiar with, 40 CFR NESHAP, NIOSH, CAL OSHA 8CCR 1529, 29CFR 1910.134, OSHA Regulations and EPA Standards
• Experienced with retrofitting facilities to be in compliance with American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Earthquake Retrofit compliance, OSHA & EPA RCRA compliance as well as local jurisdictions guidelines and regulations.
• Survey sites for environmental hazardous materials.
• Implement a plan for remediation, abatement and removal from sites
• Perform and manage all necessary work for proper abatement and remediation of hazardous materials.
• Assure employees are properly clothed and protected with proper respirators for class type performance.
• Assure the public is properly notified and kept out of harms way by properly sectioning off areas of concern, posting proper signage and working in conjunction with owners for proper notification to tenants and public.

• Maintain a chain of custody for air and material samples.
• Responsible for successful repair of damages to properties, assist with emergency placement of families for temporary relocation.

• Establish working relationships various departments within the company as well as with building & planning departments, Architects & Engineers, trade unions maintain outstanding relationships with leadership, staff & subcontractors.

• Design, Review and analyze safety plans, Implement plans with workers and department supervisors and managers. Including ADA compliance throughout each facility

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: LIBERTY COMPANIES: Senior Project Manager – 1988- 2011:
Responsible for testing, abatement& remediation of hazardous materials such as Lead, Mold, Asbestos. Using proper methods such as hepa filtered equipment, negative air machines, full and half masks with P-100 filters or type as needed. Assure worker properly clothed for class type of work. Build, clean room, showers as needed.
Work with owner in planning most efficient plan of action for work to be performed after informing owners of results of test from air samples and material samples. Assure workers pass medical exams. Manage day-to-day operations, supervise employees, Train workers in proper abatement, remediation processes, and maintain chain of custody for samples being tested.

2008-2011 - Pepsi Cola/Frito Lay: Traveled across the United States performing safety compliance and adherence to ADA /OSHA Standards at the plants and distribution centers I was joined by the United Spinal Association of New York who wrote the most recent ADA Standards manual under the direction of the Department of Justice. Wrote detailed reports as to findings and recommendations as to make improvements. Acted also in capacity as General Contractor on many of the plants and distribution centers. Installed all the ADA & earthquake retrofit upgrades as per plans and code, including automatic doors, grab bars in bathrooms, sinks, toilets, wash basins, counters, cafeterias, concrete walkways, ramps, parking spaces, all electronic door opening mechanisms, renovated all exterior areas such as parking lots, sidewalks, gates, ramps, remove asphalt, and assure proper grades of all exterior of building compliant with ADA as required:
2007-2008 Wachovia Banks-Project Manager:
Responsible for complete renovation of 80 locations. Including ADA retrofit, relocation of IT systems, installing new Bank ATMS, all wiring and telecommunication systems. Responsible for managing & contracting with sub-contractors vendors & assuring timely delivery of materials and completion of work, Responsible for working with building & planning departments, Architects & Engineers.
