Programming Senior Subject Matter Expert
Manage and lead development of recurring IT requirements for an AT&T billing procedure, resulting in a faster life cycle for the development of products. Provided major project release requirements for AT&T meeting or surpassing the project milestone dates and objective of zero defects for Billing Tables across the AT&T Wireline enterprise for each assigned project. Prepared 56 project designs and requirements over 19 applications across three unique systems, managing the qualification and development of 112 rapid projects. Provided estimates and forecasts for multiple AT&T billing applications across multiple regions that met the date and accuracy deadlines established by AT&T.
* Developed over half of assigned rapid projects into production prior to the client target date, with zero defects in production.
* Cut billing procedure life cycle from nine months to one month for California Utility Taxes and Rate Structures and AT&T Online Ordering system changes.

Saved significant resources by directing six table billing applications to our team, allowing redeployment of application coders to other projects versus hiring additional resources. Provided the requirements for and tested the transition from manual table entries to mechanized GUI functionality for product rate changes, cutting update hours by 50%.
