DIVISION CFO/CONTROLLER UTILITY DIVISION (2000 – 2002)

Managed personal planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, as well as interfacing with internal and external auditors. Wrote offering memorandum, created all financial and sales data room information, and presented pitches to potential buyers. Led due diligence and transitional activities.
