Conduct resident screening and approve all potential resident applications. Collects all deposits and ensuring lease file is completed and accounting entries have been properly posted.
Collect all rents and make sure they are posted in the accounting system on a daily basis
Make properties vendor selection and approve all property purchases.
Complete weekly and monthly reports for all 3 properties.
Assist with development of annual property budgets and manages the property with the budgets.
Performs evictions and participate in legal proceedings when necessary.
Resolve any resident or employee complaints.

Inspect vacant units to ensure they are rent ready, perform move-out inspections. Make decisions on what items need to be replaced in vacants as well as maintain common areas.
