Analyzed utility fee structures and provided recommendations for consumption and fee reduction strategies.

1987-1990 Ball Packing Products Group ( Westminster, CO): Design Engineer and Project Manager

Developed and/or managed many facility and manufacturing projects with budgets of $50K -$1.5M. All project efforts encompassed project planning (scheduling, budget development, procurement, resource planning). Functions also included facilities engineering design and equipment specifications, contract administration (bid solicitation, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation and award), field construction supervision, startup testing and final project acceptance. One project generated generating a 3% increase in overall plant production. Special assignment to assess energy usage and reduce costs; resulted in $1.2 million cost reduction over 7 plants.

1981-1987 Rockwell International Corp. Rocky Flats, (Golden, CO): Design Engineer and Project Manager

Designed and managed nuclear material and containment projects at Rocky Flats. Included reverse osmosis water treatment system, waste material assessment and characterization system, asbestos mitigation during plant modification, HVAC systems modifications and high pressure hydraulic press applications, runoff water containment, assessment and disposal.
