I was responsible for creating CAD drawings from customer-supplied drawings and blue prints. I converted physical patterns to CAD drawings by using digitizing technology. In addition, I helped our customers understand the company’s products and services. I was recognized for providing excellent customer service.

DSL Technician August 2003 – March 2004

I assisted Verizon DSL customers with the installation and maintenance of their DSL hardware and software. An excellent understanding of Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP and DSL technology was necessary to provide this service. I received several rewards for excellent customer service.

I was in charge of production lines and the repackaging of automotive parts. I developed and implemented innovative systems applications for the production lines. In addition to being a team leader, I was the special projects manager, which included coordinating my team and going on site to the automobile factories to complete projects.
