• Organized entire Records Department files by placing them in appropriate order (All individuals, trusts, estate and corporate in group order then alpha/numeric order).

• Wrote up every file in the Records Department and put this information in a book and stored it on the computer.

Scanned files to shelf or employee, then downloaded them into the system.

• Scanned Accounting offices shelves, employee’s records and, basement storage.

• Conducted client search for partners and staff of client files in the warehouse and onsite; performed this by printouts.

• E-mailed file requests from the warehouse, scanned bar codes in files to the person requesting them.

• Inputted box numbers on boxes sent to the warehouse via e mail to the warehouse for correct numbers on boxes.

• Sent files to the warehouse by boxing and scanning bar codes of files; printed them out to check files to ensure they were listed in the computer system.

• Annually sent an e mail to entire office that certain yearly files would be sent to the warehouse unless anyone wanted me to hold certain files.

• Boxed up certain files annually {for needed space} by pulling certain files for entire Records Department.

• E mailed partners for destruction requests to destroy files that were past retention and were no longer clients.

• Interacted with Partners and prepared charges for clients.
