• Manage the merger of Legacy Wachovia and Legacy Wells Fargo users into a new Telecom Expense Management and Provisioning application by Tangoe called CommCare Management Portal. The tool merges the functionality they had across several systems into one system.

• My job was to administer the project deliverables while ensuring that decisions made met the business and technical needs and processes from both companies as a result of the corporate merge.

• Liaison to the Project Office Team, and collaboration with the 5 other Module department stakeholders to define the processes, communications, training, workflow, and mapping of each department module with the Telco vendor billing systems.

• Took over mid project, behind schedule and completed all deliverables on time.

BT Professional Services at Cisco Systems

PMO, Project management Office and Implementation PM May 2007- Aug 2010

• Entered as a junior Implementation Project Manager responsible for IT implementation nstalling and upgrading Cisco’s own corporate network infrastructure and voice solutions. Quickly transitioned into the Project Management Office position where I was running the project management office for the Americas Theatre consisting of over 128 sites. During my time at Cisco, I advanced to mid- level project manager.

• Quality Control Auditing & Mentor to 11 member Bi-Coastal PM team

• Responsibility for Resource Planning/Scheduling and scope of work document acceptance/review

• In charge of Implementation Review process, ran weekly meetings, and performed all project approval tracking, and on call escalations for the AMER Theatre.

• Mentoring Lead and Implementation PM's in project life-cycle and governance model. Supported Cisco process, documentation excellence, problem resolution and escalation procedures.

• Maintained records for metrics reporting, action item resolution, SLA reporting and training for Project Managers on process changes

• Implementation of technologies in VOIP, Call Manager, Fleet infrastructure upgrades, Network Standardization, Next Generation Wireless, Bandwidth upgrades, new site turn ups, new circuit turn ups, and new acquisition site integrations. Manager Circuit Provisioning Sept 2006- May 2007

• Managed 2 cross functional teams: Facilities Management Group including 9 direct reports in a Circuit Provisioning Center working closely with Outside Plant engineers to provide on time delivery of customer circuits. Error Handling Group had 6 direct reports. This group handled any orders that fell out of the system in error, & required a manual assist to flow through the TIRKS/SORD order system.

• Managed daily reports, order flow through, internal processes, problem resolution, assisting with due dated orders for on-time delivery.

• Management of Unionized employees in a hostile environment. Duties included Grievance resolution, problematic employee contact, and heavy employee documentation for disciplinary steps, as well as on the job training.

• Maintained a 99% Service Level Objective on Circuit orders larger than DS3 within my provisioning center, and 98% on-time delivery for T1 and below orders, throughout my tenure in this position.

AT&T, SBC Datacomm

Technical Support Engineer I June 2003-Sept. 2006

• Single point of contact for major customers to isolate and resolve all Network connectivity issues with ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, VPN, DSL, PRI, Point-to-Point, and NVPN technology. RMA Hardware support on primarily Cisco hardware, as well as multiple vendor routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Responded to customer and internal network monitoring alarms, maintaining tight customer Service Level Agreements, troubleshot and resolved complex circuit issues across multiple carriers, and inter-exchange companies.

• Earned reputation for quickly resolving circuit issues and pinpointing major outages without the need for escalation to a higher tier.
