Combat Engineer (21B), Military Policeman, and Military Logistics
Activated guardsman with skills as a radio traffic control operator, land surveyor,
distinguishing land terrain with the use of GPS and Sat mapping, road and bridge
building, Driving construction machinery i.e. front loaders, 20 ton hydraulic dumps,
bulldozers and scrappers. Served an 18 month deployment in Kosovo. 12 month
deployment in Afghanistan working in supply and logistics.

Production line Supervisor
Supervise and assist a team of 3 to 12 men in accordance with plant disassembling,
cleaning, sterilizing and reassembling production machines in accordance with
policies and procedures.

Set-up and operate Mori Seiki SL-4 Lathe with Yasnac control. Check
Incoming work number with my print number. Check for revisions.
Machining parts that are detailed by the blue print, while maintaining
proper tolerance. Along with following ISO guidelines and GMPs.
Inspecting all my parts (1 in every 5; 100% inspected). Using dial
Bores and snap gages, micrometers, and calipers.
01/04 to 01/05 M& H Engineering Danvers, Ma
Machine Operator
Manufacturing parts while maintaining tolerances on lathe machines
Nakamure Tome Twin 10, Nakamur 300,350,400 and Milling
machines Matsurra and Haas VF4 all machines with Fanuc
controls. Making proper offsets to stay with the tolerance on
my prints, and completing the proper paper work for ISO guidelines
along with inspecting all machined parts.
03/03 to 03/04 T&S Industrial Saugus, Ma
Machine Operator
Load and unload Matsuura MC-60, Mori Seiki Frontier-M1,
and Fadal VMC 4020 machines while maintaining the specified
tolerance on the blue prints. In addition I had to cut (qualify) all
material on the bandsaw then work materials on Bridgeport. Also
inspect finished and unfinished parts.

ALP Technician
Repair, Maintain, and Operate hydraulic and pneumatic ALP 303 and 301
machines and equipment to meet production schedule. Run machines
and downstream equipment for sterile and non-sterile product line.

Fill-in supervisor. Implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s). Logging and batching
