As Director of Enterprise Project Management Implementations, responsible for technical delivery and client satisfaction in Life Sciences and Local Government business sectors. Main engagements were for Pfizer (Global Therapeutic Area realignment in Groton, CT, Ann Arbor, MI, and Chesterfield, MO), and the Government of the State of California (Caltrans’ Implementation of CA Clarity). Responsible for Account chase, planning, and delivery. The Caltrans account ($13 Million) chase began in 2005 and closed in 2009. The Pfizer account ($35 Million) closed in 2009 and the project ended in 2008. Provided Project Management on both projects after the win, as well as serving as Technical Lead on the Caltrans project.

As Director of Software Implementations, responsible for client satisfaction and technical well being, as well as technical delivery and engagement oversight. Managed 2 support staff and 6 consulting staff across a number of industries, in addition to providing Principal consulting responsibility for complex IT, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing projects. Clients include Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Centocor, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Synthelabo, Computer Sciences Corporation, Montana Department of Transportation, Mack/Volvo/Renault Trucks, Novell, Williams International, Peoplesoft Implementation for the County of San Diego, and others. Closed over $4 M in new sales 2000-2005. Internally, was responsible for Account Management, Functional Design, Technical Design, Programming, and Testing Planning and Supervisions.
