I recenty worked as a receptionist/assistant for a mortgage company.
I have worked as a dispatcher in the service dept. for a heating and air business. I had the basic office duties along with dispatching.
I worked with Insurance policies approximately two years and checked the policies to make sure everything was correct and added/deleted any forms that were needed or were not, then sent them out to the agents. I entered data, saved files, fixed documents, etc. In addition I have three years experience in customer service, working together with about ten people in the office on a daily basis. I started out as a file clerk and moved up to Area Manager Assistant. I helped others as I could. I believe I am a rapid learner that progresses well. I get along and work well with people and love assisting others.
