I currently hold the position of Sr. Director in a state of the art, 1.2 million square foot optical disc manufacturing facility with management responsibility for 400 people. I have been instrumental in the start-up of the Huntsville facility and the Anaheim, CA facility. Received several promotions since joining the company. Was the senior manager responsible for ISO 9001:2000 certification at the Huntsville facility. I have extensive experience in various technologies such as optics, injection molding, high vacuum deposition, printing, packaging, and distribution in a high volume manufacturing facility (1.5mm units per day). Co-hold two patents for the manufacture of optical disc products. Was formerly the General Manager of this facility before operations were consolidated.
