• A QA consultant for a major communications company on an Agile, IVR project with releases every two or three weeks

• This includes requirements analysis, test planning, script writing, script execution, regression and validation testing.

Application Development Senior Specialist (QA Test Lead)

• Led Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing teams of up to 12 on site testers while also utilizing off and near shore resources for multiple Group Insurance initiatives for new applications, enhancements and solutions for break fixes
