As a teller I am the face of the bank. I posses excellent customer service skills. Other duties include day to day transactions deposits and withdrawals while safeguarding customer accounts & cash handling. As switchboard operator my priority is to answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate customer service representative ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Also working directly under teller supervisor, researching customer accounts, preparing holds on accounts, inputing data, and any other task requested by supervisor.

Provided customer service in a private restaurant to the members of a private tennis club. Prepared for dinning in a first class dinning room. Catered for private parties formal and casual occasions. 2002-2005 Assistant Manager/ Lead Server/Host, Pasta Café (Carlsbad, New Mexico)

Duties included supervision of 15- 30 employees. Ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Handling customer complaints and any situations that may arise. Cash handling and balancing the till at the end of a shift, balancing the stores books, preparing daily paperwork, and making deposits. I also answered phone lines, took reservations, booked private parties, and prepared a closed menu for private parties.

Customer service was the priority. I was a self cashier, meaning I carried my own bank, I made change and kept complete control of all the cash sells I made throughout the shift. I expoed food out to the dinning room; this is preparing all the garnishments, putting the orders together according to tables, keeping track of time per order, flagging any orders that take too long, and communicating with all employees as well as management on all thing related to the restaurant.
