• Managed Change Control process and staff as part of the Enterprise Configuration Management group.

• Redesign of the IT CM process; rewrite of the policy, procedure, training materials and associated documentation, and implementation of formal Change Control Board.

• Assess risks associated with each individual IT change, timing of changes, so as not to impact each other (collisions), resource issues associated with changes, and system stability and availability monitoring.

• Liaison between IT departments and our lines of business to make all changes transparent to our user community, internal and external.
