Payrolls, taxes (mo/qtrly/yrly), maintenance requests, repair scheduling, invoicing, accounts payable & accounts receivable.

Sales Adm/Customer Sales & Service

WOLVERINE BRASS INC, CONWAY, SC Responsibilities included management of 70+ outside sale reps across the US, included individual expense reports, payment requests, weekly bulk mailings, policy & procedure manuals, training manuals, appointments, all other duties as assigned. Customer Sales & Service, order entry, servicing of accounts, complaints, RGA's, tracking and shipping.

Administrative Secretary for VP of Support Services - 10yrs experienced in a hospital environment.
