-Responsible for sourcing suppliers for all metal-fabricated parts, including luggage doors, grilles and exhaust components; water filtration systems, seat belts and moldings.
-Collect quotes and negotiate with suppliers for the most competitive price
-Prepare supplier agreements, weekly chassis inventory reports and cost summaries
-Prepare purchase orders and coordinate parts delivery for prototype RV’s
-Coordinate with Engineering the testing, quality and functionality of newly-designed parts
-Work closely with Product Development, Design, manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure open lines of communication
Sr. Executive Secretary, RV Group/Operations 2000-2007
-Handled day-to-day administrative functions for the Vice President & Sr. Vice President of this division, as well as four Controllers and Production Planning Manager. Maintain calendars, conference room scheduling, meeting and event planning/coordination and travel arrangements. Attended meetings to take, transcribe and distribute minutes. Prepare meeting packets.
-Prepare status reports, staffing analysis, production efficiency reports, receivables, quality, safety and labor reports. Assist with cost analysis, pricing review and quarterly operational plans. Order office supplies, assist with accounting functions: batching of invoices, A/P and A/R.
-Prepare executive presentations and organizational charts.
-Multiple areas of accountability encompassed maintenance of the motor home pricing list, A/R summarization, preparing quarterly financials and audit reports. Updated and distributed dealer wholesale price sheets. Audited expense reports for the RV sales organization to verify compliance with reimbursement policy.
-Relayed retail pricing to Kelley Blue Book and N.A.D.A. representatives.
-Coordinated sales of prototype units, maintaining open lines of communications with the customers and the dealers.

Sales Administrator, RV Commercial Sales Division 1999-2000
-Managed rental dealer accounts nationwide as an inside sales representative, generating 130 unit annual sales volume valued at $5M.
-Addressed concerns via telephone, serving as liaison between dealers and manufacturing centers in regard to order confirmation, floor plan commitment and delivery.
-Also served as point of contact for customers with RV service in handling warranties and parts orders
-Represented the company at trade shows and national dealer meetings.
Secretary II, Motor Home Division 1994-1999
-Processed various reports, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
-Provided administrative support to 2 Directors, and 6 department Managers, answering telephones, processing incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining files, coordinating travel arrangements and various other duties as assigned.
-Administrator of a special project: the motor home sales reorganization; served as editor of a newsletter and member of the Communication Work Group.
-Served as CFO and committee member of Rosy’s Kids, Fleetwood’s philanthropic organization that raised money for needy families in Riverside County. Also served on the Picnic Committee.
Secretary I, Parts & Service Center 1993-1994
-Worked under the supervision of the Plant GM and Warranty Manager, processing correspondence, completing reports, ordering office supplies and maintaining dealer service files
-Assisted in presenting the Quality Improvement Process to personnel and implemented quality processes
-Volunteer member of the Earthquake Preparedness Team; certified in CPR/First Aid and ran disaster drills.
