A certified ISO 9001 and 13485 manufacturer of complex machined parts for the medical, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries. As Quality Manager, I manage a staff of 4 quality personnel on 2 shifts. I develop and maintain a compliant Quality Management System that meets standards and customer requirements. I am responsible for all of the elements of the Quality Management System.

Quality Manager – Arwood Machine Corp., Newburyport MA 2005 to 2006

A certified ISO 9001 and 13485 manufacturer of complex machined parts for the medical, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries. As Quality Manager, I managed a staff of 12 quality personnel on 2 shifts. I developed and maintained a compliant Quality Managements System that met standards and customer requirements. I was responsible for all of the elements of the Quality Management Systems.

Certification Manager – Teradyne Inc, Nashua, NH 2000-2001

A certified ISO 9001manufacturer of PC Boards for the telecommunication industry. As Certification Manager, I managed a staff of 5 auditors that maintained the compliance of ISO 9001, UL and CSA for all of the Teradyne certifications. I was responsible for development of new programs and to maintain current certification requirements.

Director of Quality – Lewis and Saunders, Laconia, NH 1998-2000

A certified ISO 9001and AS 9100 manufacturer of precision air tubes for the commercial and military industries. As Director of Quality, I managed a staff of 56 quality personnel on 3 shifts. I directed the Quality Program and Quality Engineering Department to meet all internal and external requirements that met and exceeded customer requirements. . As director, I reduced the quality staff by 20% and saved Lewis and Saunders $448,000 of employee costs.

Quality Assurance Manager – Brazonics, Inc., Hampton, NH – 1996-1998

A certified ISO 9001and AS 9100 manufacturer of brazed aluminum chassis and complex machined parts for the commercial and military industries. As the Quality Manager, I managed a staff of 10 quality personnel on 3 shifts. While at Brazonics, I reduced the internal scrap rate by 72% and elevated the quality rating to over 94%. This generated a cost savings of over $110,000 a year.
