II) Water Transmission Project from Jun, 2009 to May, 2011 as a Lead Planner in PAEW’s Water Supply Scheme Project of 55 million OMR i.e. 143 million USD. Work on the project, involved engineering, procurement and execution of a transmission network that was to supply potable water from the Barka desalination plant to four districts -- Al Rustaq, Al Awabi, Nakhal and Musannah which is to be completed in 22 months.

The scheme included laying 275 kilometers of MS & DI pipelines and constructing 21 'waterworks compounds', 17 ground reservoirs of up to 7,500 cubic meter capacity, 27 elevated tanks of 1,500 cubic meters, 29 tanker filling stations, 17 chlorination facilities, 18 pump stations, 18 generator buildings, five administrative buildings and HT/LT overhead lines and substations.

Worked closely with Project Manager, developed and refined the project schedule to the required level of detail and then proactively maintained the schedule. Liasoning with internal and external parties to ensure delivery against project timelines as well as maintained documentation and provided general scheduling and planning assistance to the project team. Created and managed detailed project information related to contractual schedule. Attended management, project team and client meetings.
