I have an uncanny ability to match the perfect person with the job! I possess exemplary leadership and team development skills as well as negotiation skills, customer service, sales, training, software, marketing and business development skills. I excel at team development and the day-to day operations of a successful sales team.
Some areas I have recruited are H.R., Microelectronics, Electronics, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Mortgage and Sales. My focus is placing mid-management to executive level candidates as direct hires. I have also placed entry level and temporary personnel. Prior to joining A T & T Wireless, in 1993 I worked as a senior mainframe computer operator and performed helpdesk and programming functions from 1984-1993.
