“Simulation of GPS Motion” at ISAC, Indian Space Research Organization, Bangalore.

• Tool used for the application development was Turbo C.

The main objective of this project is to develop an application which helps to

compute the position of the Global Positioning System satellites and display the

satellites in their respective positions in two dimensions. This application will

help in analyzing the satellite motion and position with respect to ground

stations and user visibility. The requirement for “Simulation of GPS motion” is

the almanac file which contains the details of the satellites.

“Vendor Information and Retrieval System” Rotary Wing Research & Design Centre, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore.

• Tools used for the application development were:

Front end: Visual Basic

Back end: Oracle

The main objective of this project is to develop a software which deals with the

preparation of a comprehensive master database as well as an effective retrieval

of inventory control of materials there by providing a link between the sections.
