With Crossroads started at 9.hrly Left making 10.65hrly. Would still be there working now, but Guardian Angels became being on call every other weekend and I had to make a choice. Angels of Mercy started as a direct service worker making 7.25hrly. Worked my way up to Program Manger ending pay 19.00hrly.
