Work Experience:
Had an overall 18 months of experience with Mu-Sigma Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (a “Fortune 500” Analytics and Decision Science firm), on the role of a Business Analyst (for 14 months) & Senior Business Analyst (for 4 months), worked in the Retail domain for a US based client on multiple projects namely, “Store Reconciliation- Planning”, “Carts Optimization – Operations” & “SKU Analytics – Planning”. Projects Description:
Store Reconciliation/Planning:
This project was based on drilling down the plan for various retail parameters at a higher level (core level), provided by the company to a granular level (store level) and reconcile them. Basically, it is planning at a store level for the future period, taking historical trends into consideration. The model was mainly built using SAS Enterprise guide.
Following are the list of specific retail parameters, related to this project:
• Retail Parameter : Inventory forecasting, Receipts generation
