• Directed Audit Carrier/Payment process for all of Southern Companies with Descartes/Oracle TMS systems to ensure proper routing & freight charges based on established pricing structure

• Responsible for third-party logistics team on the outbound e-commerce shipments to 300 storeroom locations as well as e-commerce on the used equipment bid purchase program

• Responsible for $200 million freight spend on Inbound/Outbound freight for Southern Companies

• Set up SOP’s for all Outbound/Inbound shipments, critical emergency shipments, consolidated backhaul program, claims resolution & prevention program, and supplier diversity program
