cost of external services which were previously used. Annual savings of $6000.

*Developed new quality inspection processes to identify and address quality issues. This decreased the
overall rework issues in production by 90% and improved the customer’s delivery dates by 50%.
*Created spreadsheets and pivot tables to consolidate customer service data and developed indicators
that were reviewed before reaching thresholds requiring immediate attention. This attention to detail
prevented future issues by correcting the minor issues first.

using analytical decision making I was able to decrease the customers’ budget by 9.23% within a 9 month
period. This was achieved by compiling the best possible subcontractors for the needs of the customer.

*Completed two years of active duty for maintaining the C-130 aircraft for missions overseas,

*Over a three month period I assisted in the achievement of a 98% successful mission rate
during war conditions. This was done by troubleshooting and repairing aircrafts in timely
manner to keep missions on schedule.
