I am married and a father of three. My wife’s name is Tammy. She currently works as a sales support manager for a large retail store. We have been married for twenty years. My son Tony has graduated and is now attending college. My teen daughters are twins and are now in their first year of high school.

I practice servant leadership and have a different approach to leadership than most. I believe leaders are those who out of their love for God and neighbor are serving their Lord. These individuals are recognized, trained, and called to invite others to follow them as they follow Christ.

I believe the Church is a mission outpost and I preach and teach a communal mindset that attempts to combat the individualistic and narcissistic mindset in America today.

I believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and believe that each individual is gifted and an important part of the community.

I believe in the Holy Scriptures. I do not attempt to prove them, but let them prove me.

I hold firm to the understanding that believers are fully sanctified in Christ Jesus and at the same time are still in the process of being sanctified in the world. I believe in free will and attempt to instill in the mindset of the church that we are not perfect, but we are seeking perfection in love. This means that each one is prone to make mistakes. When we can accept this fact concerning our life together, then we can find rest in the arms and grace of God.

I have great communication skills and can interact with people of all ages. I love the Lord and my neighbors in sincerity and I look forward to the day of redemption.

I have served as head administrator, trained leadership, and led churches in the establishment of a new vision and mission. I have organized and conducted traditional, blended, and contemporary worship services. Other responsibilities have included preaching, teaching, and counseling, establishing and maintaining a youth program, conducting visitations, missions, evangelization programs, and performing religious services pertaining to the life of the congregation.
