Project: Registrar System

This project was involved in automating Record Office for maintaining the records of students, professors and courses; generating pertinent data reports.

• Designed and implemented Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams and Deployment Diagrams using Rational Rose.

• Designed and implemented relational databases (tables, stored procedures, SQL queries and views) using MS SQL Server 2k5.

• Implemented the code using C# and also database connectivity using ADO.NET. Used Crystal Reports for report generation, preparing user manuals.

• Implemented API, UI, JUnit, NUnit, integration, black box, white box, performance and stress testing and other tests to my own subsystem and other subsystems.

• The manager of the team recognized me for solving the redundant primary key problem for integrating the different branches of the organization the team faces by suggesting the type of the primary key to be global unique identifier.

Project: Online shopping system

Online e-commerce system allows customers to browse products, maintain shopping cart, order online and review history of past orders.

• Used design patterns: Façade, singleton, connection pool, MVC Java Eclipse, MySql database, Rational Rose and UML, RUP, CVS.

• Analyzed and designed the architecture of the system, designed classes using Rational Rose defined the subsystem interface for different modules of the system.

• Implemented the functionalities of the business components in the system, designed and implemented the Database using MySQL, preparing documentation and status report on regular basis. And I was recognized for raising implementation issues such as saved cart items and available items and also proposing solutions to that solves the problem.

• Developed test plans, procedures, specification and guidelines for the Browse and Select subsystem using API, UI, JUnit, integration, black box, white box, performance and stress testing.

Project: Library System

The objective of the project was to develop automated web-based library system for Roha University College. The system was designed to be used by the staff and students of the university through the intranet of the company.

• Developed of requirement specification, business domain model for the functionality, designed and implemented of the relational database, designed and implemented user interface, business classes and data access layer, implemened the business logic needed for the functionalities.

• Implemented unit, integration, system, stress, boundary, regression, system, usability and other tests to my own subsystem and other subsystems.

• Recognized for my dedication to the work and for helping the network installation team by taking my own initiative to work on the weekend.
