At this shop we ran molds for fishing lures and porch columns. We used Haas CNC vertical machines and a Haas CNC lathe.
I set up and ran 4th axis for the Haas. I also programmed and set up the Haas CNC lathe using Mastercam. We would run very tight tolernaces
for flatness and location. I would reprogram their repetative jobs making them more efficient and faster including making tool sheets and
set up sheets.

I was the lead machinist at this shop. I set up and ran Haas, Matsuura, Brother, and YCM vertical CNC mills. I set up and ran Haas, and
Matsuura 4th axis and a Haas 5th axis. I also programmed and set up the Haas indexer for the Matsuura CNC mill. For the Chamilles wire
feed EDM I would set up and run it. I would program it using Mastercam X2. I would use manual machines such as mills and lathes. My basic job
was to set up and prove out existing jobs for the operators to run. I would also do the majority of the prototype jobs. I would
inspect the parts using optical comparitors and basic tools and hiegth gauges. We would produce a variety of parts for Raytheon and Honeywell.

I was the supervisor at this shop. I was the only programmer and would use Mastercam V9. I would program, set up and run Matsuura, Mori Seiki,
and Fadal vertical CNC machines. I also programmed and set up a Deawoo Puma and Hardinge CNC lathe. I would complete the project from start to end
including getting the material, programming the part, set up tooling and run it. Then deburr it and have it ready for shipping. I would inspect the
parts using a variety of tools, from basic tools to using an optical comparitor and a Brown and Sharpe CMM.

Here I was one of the 2 lead machinists. My job was to program parts using Featurcam, then set up machines for other operators to run. The machines
were locked out to operators to comply with ISO 9001, and I was the only person who had keys to them. I would download certified programs to
the machines for operators and back to the computer again. I would set up and run Fadal, Hitachi Seiki, and Matsuura CNC mills. I set up and ran
Matsuura CNC horizontal mill also. I also have experience with Haas 4th axis indexers at this shop. I would program parts using Feature cam. I would
inspect parts using heigth gauges, optical comparitors and a Brown and Sharpe CMM. The shop became ISO 9001 certified and I had the previlidge
of being part of that and gaining experience with it.
