Description The documents received by the mailroom person will be scanned and processed using EMC Captiva. Different modules of Captiva are used in order to fulfil National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) requirements. The documents are image enhanced, quality controlled and indexed.

The documents are finally released into the document management tool Documentum. Auto indexed data, manually indexed data and the metadata is released into the Oracle database. An XML is generated with metadata and is made available to the tool Case360 for further processing.

Description This Project is an ECM and BPM application in which documents scanned at various locations are transferred to a central server using Encapture. These documents are delivered to an image processing tools Kofax and EMC Captiva where metadata of each document is captured and documents are bundled into batches based on certain rules. These batches along with metadata are released into the ECM tool Filenet. In Filenet, a workflow is auto launched on addition of each document and the documents are processed as defined in the workflow
