The Director of Installations coordinates the design, development, database design, programming, sales, installations, enhancements, and customer support of Hotel System software products. Personally designed, developed and coded two complete accounting systems and multiple interfaces to all types of third party vender software. I was responsible for coordinated all installation teams. I managed the development of all standard operating procedures. I hired and trained installers as well as training all teaching materials, and classroom teaching aids. I managed travel arrangements; installations schedules, and follow up customer services.

Designed, Developed, Coded and Installed – Back Office Accounting System 2006 (Accounting system containing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Daily Report, General Ledger, Travel Agent Commissions System) Windows Based Software Written with C++, The software is compatible with Microsoft SQL Server, Interbase, and Firebird databases.

Director of Front Office Installations – 1996 to 2001

The Director of Front Office Installations coordinates the design, development, database design, programming, sales, installations, enhancements, and customer support of Front Office System software products. Is also responsible to coordinates multiple software installation teams, and is responsible for hiring and training Front Office installers as well as training all teaching materials, and classroom teaching aids. I managed travel arrangements; installations schedules, and follow up customer services. I was also responsible for coordinating and writing data conversion routines to convert Text based customers and AS/400 customers to the Windows environment.

A Lead Installer coordinates a three week installation and is responsible for all aspects of the installation as well as coordinate interfaces with 3rd party venders. I was responsible to install the Text based Front Office System and Back Office Accounting System. These systems were written with RPG II and designed on IBM System 36, migrated to IBM AS/400, Unix, Novell Local Area Network, and Windows based Local Area Networks. I was also responsible for Data migration between all Hardware systems.
