Responsibilities included preparing all breakfast items for banquets and the Café. Making pizzas, cutting deli items and preparing hot food for the Waterpark. I also made the associate lunch for approximately 500 everyday and prepped food items for the following day.

Responsibilities included Community Organizing, working with Block Clubs, police, politicians, businesses and residents. Setting up Block Club meetings, holding clean-ups, food drives, fund-raisers, and setting up events. One example of an event: Over Seventy organizations, Blood and Food Drive, bands, comedians, games, giveaways, a Guest Panel of six recognized guest speakers from the community, volunteer coordination and more.
