Representative Industry and Project Experience

Operational Improvements/Revenue Enhancements/ Project Management

DHL Express-

• Selected as project manager for DHL Express US Restructuring initiative for the project management office. Directly responsible for the creation of business models that captured all project statuses, milestones, KPI’s and crucial financial information for all programs. These models are now used by program managers, directors and top executives for strategic business planning. Also provided technical and business consultation services; including system and network design, programming and work flow analysis. Lead in business analysis, scope and specification reviews, system analysis and design, project management and scheduling, program testing, maintenance and training.

• Leader in Sharepoint planning, design, creation and implementation for entire DHL Express Operations.

Applica & Salton Merge & Acquisition-

• Lead in developing and managing marketing models for the entire Americas in the merger and acquisition of Salton and Applica. Created quantitative and statistical marketing business models by using MS Excels data analysis program, solver function, statistical and financial functions and Visual Basic functions. These models were used directly by the top executives, including the CFO for future marketing business planning for all products from M&A.

• Managed restructuring of entire marketing pricing business processes for Applica and Salton from merger and acquisition by creating new financial pricing models in order to capture overall business profitability and be able to compare financial statistics between all products being sold and their respective customer base. Models used by entire sales team and VP of Marketing for the Americas.

• Created comprehensive marketing model that analyzed Actual, Budget and Forecasted data over a three year span between Applica and Salton. This model helped marketing in better projecting sales figures to meet desired revenue. Model used by entire marketing team and VP of Marketing for the Americas.

• Supported with consulting help and creation of various other financial, supply chain and marketing models as required for smooth integration of merger and acquisition between Applica and Salton.

Intel-

• Provided Intel engineers with more efficient and accurate understanding of process for both HVM (High Volume Factories) and Advanced Technology Development sites by creating four separate business process flows, analyzing metric models, simplifying process flows, and aligning process flows to match metric models.

• Created a UPH (Units per Hour) model for Grohmann tool in CAM (Chip Attach Module) in Intel’s Advanced Technology Development factory. Worked closely with module engineers to learn key tool parameters and create a simulation for tool CT (cycle time). Enabled module team to forecast UPH numbers for future products to improve quality and reduce cost.

• Performed validations of FCM UPH model in CAM by taking time studies and validating model to actual execution of the tool, to help forecast UPH values for the tool for products not yet in production and prior to CAD drawings being developed.

• Increased capability of new products on assigned tool sets by creating original, useful mathematic capability models, completing three UPH models in the time it usually takes for one.

• Owned Intel Community Tool Box Project for layout and implementation of new, automated toolboxes for the world’s largest semi-conductor facility.

• Enabled weekly tool performance tracking for TF (Thin Films) and stakeholders. Created and owned indicator packages.

• Owned two lithography tools for Q3 05 LRP (Long Range Planning) analysis, SLMcu and SPLcu. Analyzed Capacity Outlook Graphs with Actual’s and uploaded findings into EMS the required UTP (Up To Production) dates for HDQ and new tool installs and also worked with layout for future space coordination.

• Designed and implemented a new gown room outside of Intel’s Sub Fab clean room for easier mobility and ingress/egress.

• Enabled more timely and efficient PM (preventive maintenance) by designing and coordinating tactical layout planning for an Intel hood enclosure for de-contamination of all Implant’s parts clean tools.

• Coordinated and facilitated placement of an Intel Nikon 208 tool to avoid space constraints.
