Recruited, screened, interviewed, onboarded, and trained K-8 and SAT tutors for the Midatlantic Region. Ramped-up recruiting to increase hiring by 400% in four months. Also created and maintained a large tutor database for the region, and coordinated with hundreds of people to produce eight large trainings per month. Prior to becoming a manager, tutored kids with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia in SpellRead, a reading intervention program, and trained other tutors.
