NFC TagTouch Application Development on Android

Near Field Communications is a short range wireless technology typically requiring 4cm or less. NFC communication involves an initiator and a target. The initiator actively generates RF field that can power a passive target. This enables NFC targets to take very simple form factors such as tags, stickers, cards that do not require power

NFC TagTouch is an android application that can read and write simple text to NFC tags using NFC-capable android phones. The initial layout of the application presents a user interface that is intuitive - the user can click on Read to read information stored on NFC tags or can click on Write to write simple text to NFC tags or can click on Details to get NFC card details. The details show information such as what kind of card it is, the size of the card, the available free space etc.
