Product Support Verification and Validation Technician
Assay Research and Development Lab Technician
• Primary responsibilities were to support testing activities concerning Product Support (Software/ Hardware) verification/validation of existing VITROS Systems. These systems include Clinical Chemistry, Immunodiagnostics, Donor Screening and Immunohematology analyzers.
• Secondary responsibilities were to support testing activities concerning Assay Research and Development on existing and new VITROS Systems.
• Operation of VITROS Systems in a laboratory environment (including preventative maintenance), follow QC protocols, and appropriate documentation.
• Operation of general laboratory equipment such as pipets, balances, centrifuges etc.
• Execution of Test Plans and Procedures under supervision of a Test Lead.

• Served honorably on Active Duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from May 2005 through June 2006 with the 344th CSH.
• Served honorably on Active Duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in Afghanistan from April 2010 through June 2011 with the 344th CSH.
