Over $1 billion post-secondary, for-profit educational organization,
targeting education-challenged students, focusing primarily on degrees and
certifications. ITT Educational Services, Inc. continues our healthy
gross margin traditional business while developing a leading-edge rich-
content, personalized internet-based course delivery platform to support
its new "hybrid" educational services offering. This proprietarily-
conceived and owned product/service focuses on engaging, compelling course
content leveraging rich, interactive learning asset technologies and mobile
devices for ubiquitous and 24X7X365 access to course material and
supporting, adaptive material.
Vice President of Learning Technologies: Establish new, vertical technology
product/service development function within traditional ITT ESI at first,
then separating out into its own technology services provider budget
center. Responsible for taking executive vision and developing
organization, processes and technologies from the ground up while at the
same time delivering first complete, fully-functional release of the
flagship "intelliCourse" proprietary educational content delivery

. Re-planned original, faltering Learning Technologies endeavor, in
progress for a year before my arrival, successfully delivering the first
complete release of intelliCourse almost a year to the day after my first
day at ITT ESI.in September, 2012.
. Introduced managed services architecture and agile development

. Introduced ITT ESI's first cloud-based infrastructure and networking
environment with the goal of speed-to-market and outsourcing of ongoing
infrastructure and internet hosting support services
. Introduced open-source, orchestrated solutions that comprise portions of
the overall intelliCourse hosted services platform
. Introduced ITT ESI's first multi-channel, mobility development platform
which is the basis of the intelliCourse product/service offering

wireless industry. Brightstar experienced revenue growth from $600M to
$1.5B and EBITDA growth from $8M to $40M under my 4 years of Business/IT
leadership
Vice President of Information Technology, Service Delivery: Command
alignment of business requirements with technical resources, expertly
coordinating $7 million budget and all aspects of IT infrastructure,
information security and compliance, and network planning, operations, and
service support. Mentor, coach, and train 50+ team members.

. Turned around underperforming IT organization, successfully formulating
architecture, vision, and short/long-term and long-term strategies for
global IT operations, project governance and portfolio management, PMO,
eDocs operations, and IT service/support.

Distributor of MRO and janitorial supplies; $1.2 billion revenue. Interline
acquired AmSan in 2006. Amsan experienced growth from $7.2M EBITDA in
2002FY, to $9M in 2003FY, $12.2M in 2004FY, $16M in 2005FY and nearly $20M
in 2006, the year of the Interline acquisition.

Brands in 2006.
