MAJOR PROJECTS:
MAV Catapult – Senior Design project at Rochester Institute of Technology
Objective was to develop catapult for launching micro air vehicle
Catapult was successfully used to launch aircraft
Enhanced Pocket Bot – Design project for robotics course
Objective was to duplicate a commercially available robot (Pocket Bot) at a lower cost.
Objectives were met – cost was reduced dramatically while retaining all functionality of the original robot.
Robotics Competition, Society of Manufacturing Engineers (2000-2001)
Objective was to build an autonomous robot to navigate a simple obstacle course
Robot achieved first place.
