Test Bench for CDI (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) parameters for Automotive industry

• Design implemented using MPLAB software and using embedded C as Programming platform.

• Replaced magneto motor based assembly by digital approach using PIC microcontroller IC 16f877a.

• Measurement of parameters of CDI unit such as Capacitor Voltage, Spark Ignition and RPM calculations using PIC microcontroller.
