Outstanding Effort, 1991 and 1997, ODHA
1991, Developed and implemented a 5 year strategic plan for the state association. Marketed this plan throughout the state and had several state sponsored meetings to teach association members the strategic planning process. This mechanism is currently in place and reviewed yearly.
1997, Developed and implemented an annual continuing education program that is currently a major source of income for ODHA. This education weekend required budget development, mass mailings, marketing strategies, and speaker coordination, along with supervision of approximately 50 volunteers. Currently only membership dues provide more funds to the association.
Published a series of articles entitled “The Nancy Drool Series” for the ICOI that were included in their ADIA Journal
Numerous professional experiences through a variety of workshops, seminars, podium speaking, board meetings, committee meetings, on both a state and national level.
