Intertape Poleymer Jan 2010 to present

Maintenance electrician/ Mechanic.

Trouble shoot PLC 5 minor program changes. Experience with Panel view 500s, Boilers, incinerator DC drive motors, Allen Bradley, and Quantum III freq drives. I also did Machinest duties using the lathe and fabricating custom parts using our Mill. I can weld using mig and stick fluently. I have a lot of hands on experience and I am a Hard worker. I am looking to better my self and my family with a secure future.

AIM Systems: Maintenance Tech 06/02/08 09/04/2009 : (Reason for leaving Plant Closure)

Program PLCs ( Allen Bradley) do scheduled PM's, keep machines running. Work with and do program changes on Fanuc robot when needed. Fabricate parts to improve downtime, and make the jobs easier for operators. This was a job launch so we were constantly improving our system. I also would use a Mill, weld, run conduit, cat 5 cable, facilities maintenance, and any maintenance duty that needed done.

We are a parts supplier for Chrysler and have now moved to the removing machines phase, due to Fentons plant closure . Our last day will be in early Sept 2009.

Gateway Co-Packing: Maintenance Supervisor: (Reason for leaving Plant Closure)

Supervise 7 employees in the maintenance dept.

Hold morning meetings with General Managers, discuss production schedule for the day. Look at on going issues, bring them up to speed on the status of any breakdowns we have had, safety issues, Give them price quotes and estimated man hours for repairs.

Order all parts for stock items, new installs, and emergency breakdowns.

Give price estimates on all material and labor to management for their final approval.

Prepare PMs and enter completed ones. Meet with the maintenance crew, and hold our daily safety meeting. Discuss on going problems and plan our approach to correct any issues at hand. Assign PMs and work orders to my crew. Teach by example the proper way to do things to our new employees.

I also am a working Supervisor, by that I weld, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, program plcs, Take part in PMs, new installs, and any thing a maintenance person needs to do. I never expect my guys to do anything I would not do. I have learned from them as well as taught them . I stress the NEC code and teach from the book to insure they have a better understanding of the local codes.

I also schedule their days off depending on our work load.

Troubleshoot PLCs, install conduit and wire. Do emergency calls on machines, and complete

Work orders in a timely manner. Work with team members and engineers to improve machines and reduce downtime. Strong knowledge of 5S and be aware of safety issues at all times. Pass on lessons learned to other maintenance members by communicating with them at the beginning and end of the shift.

Just completed Allen Bradley PLC class at John a Logan, College.

06/13/05 11/16/05 MI Tek industries Earth City Mo(Reason for leaving Plant moved farther away.)

Second shift supervisor over Maintenance, Electricians,and the paint department. Have daily meetings with managment and get the job duties for the day. discuss any problems and offer a solution if any problems existed. Have daily meeting with my crew at the start of the shift and discuss safety, 5s, and inform the team of what was needed done and assign certain duties to different employees depending on their skill level. If we were behind are short people I would Wire Machines per electrical print, program PLCs,assist engineers in any upgrades/Changes. Trouble shoot machines, teach new employees, 5s and do my part to insure a

safe work environment.
