I enjoy fast-paced work with many challenges. I thrive on making thought out but quick decisions and improvising. I am better able than other to cope with surprises and unexpected changes in plans. I value working autonomously. I work best when I have the freedom to seize opportunities and to act swiftly. I work best when solving real, current problems. I see resources as tools for achieving goals.
