Senior Software Engineer

(A senior member responsible for the development and maintenance of software used for Medical Claim Processing)

Implemented SSO/SAML 2 for Health Bank, software to handle health related expenses such as FSA/HSA and medical billing in record setting time frame. This enhancement allowed a single sign on feature and provided clients much easier access to their account information.

Used Soap communications and Spring/Hibernated to implement data transfer for Medical Agreement and Fee schedules between the health insurance industry’s largest medical pricing systems. This reduced manual work required to repeatedly fill forms and schedules.

Conceived, designed, implemented and supported GUI based tools to enhance wireless testing efficiency. Tools provided dynamic monitoring capabilities for real time wireless call processing in large scale wireless testing lab which had many components of different platforms. Tools improved testing efficiency by reducing the tedious manual command line typing following written procedures.

Developed and supported integrated, object oriented test architecture (IOTA), the main automated testing platform, by implementing infrastructure for all wireless testing needs. Scientist/Lead Software Developer

Worked on a team of eight scientists in a project financed by the NIH. Work was carried out at Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratories. The team's mission was to build a world best X-Ray spectroscopic source for scientific research in Biophysical for scientists from all over the world. Team built the facility from ground zero, starting from design, construction and testing and eventually carrying scientific research.

Performed scientific calculations of the photon bean characteristic and optical element properties. Designed and implemented the GUI based control system for the facility including the control of more 60 motors to be synchronized to focus the phone source of the size smaller then 1 micro-meter. The control system uses Java AWT for front end user interface and C/C++ for backend.

Designed and implemented data collection software which allows control of the phone source and data collection. The Continuous Flow Scan Data Collection method was the world’s first that allowed very high efficient and fast data collection
