Lead Recruiter Duties:
• Managed and directed a group of 1-3 recruiters in the full life cycle recruitment of qualified candidates for many industries; assists and supports 2-3 sale managers, to include the Senior Vice President.
• Planned recruiting strategies on multiple positions to identify the best qualified candidates in the least amount of time. Delegated work assignments and maintain open communication throughout the day to make sure all requirements are being worked on properly and efficiently.
