• Royal Caribbean- Group Specialist- Manage up to 400 groups that sail with the cruise line. Data entry of names, numbers, etc., collecting past balance dues, network with different departments within company as well as the ships to accomplish tasks such as organizing dining, assist coworkers with questions/problems, make outbound calls to travel agents to collect information, check on how their groups are going, etc.,use a multi-line phone system, use Excel to organize and outline my workload daily, intense accounting, resolve conflicts/offer compensation (general customer service), process credit card and check payments.
Employment History:
• Central Print- Customer Service Representative/Receptionist- Greeted and assisted customers as they came into the shop, worked with customers’ accounts (billed accounts by typing up invoices, wrote up work orders, worked with the accounting department on invoices), opened and closed till (cash register), general cashiering(rung up sales, processed credit card payments), assisted customers with copy machines, sorted and filed print jobs by last name, etc., worked the bindery machine, contacted customers by phone to let them know that their orders were ready to be picked up.
• Personnel Source- Customer Service Representative- Represented Symantec software by providing customer service in an inbound call center. Data entry of names, phone numbers, order numbers, etc., guided customers through the process of updating their software, took orders for software.

Personal Qualifications:
I am a friendly, outgoing, energetic individual who works well as a team player and independently. I have worked in customer service/office settings for over three years and have found that I enjoy general office duties and assisting customers. My goal with customers is to be very confident and knowledgeable about the product/service I am promoting or offering as well as provide excellent customer service. My goal internally is to increase efficiency in my daily tasks.
