PCT/NURSE AIDE COURSE
I attended a PCT/NURSE AIDE COURSE from January 09-2012 - February 03-2012.
My instructor, Mrs. Dorris Van Mullen, taught the course. In this class I received my
state skills that were taught and explained to me by my instructor. After I then
demonstrated them to the instructor of seeing that I understood and knew how
to practice the skills. At Richland Place Facility; all skills that I learned in the
course I used them on the patients there as well at Saint Thomas Hospital too.
Three exams were given to in which I did obtain in the 80% and average was an 85.
I've received my CPR/AED certification, PCT certificate on February 03, 2012.
