Curriculum Project:

Project Title: “BLOOD DONOR DATABASE”

Purpose:

This project mainly deals with looking for an online centralized web-portal where Blood Bank and Hospitals/clinic can look for donors in their nearby area who will be available in quick time. And also keep record of donor health report to evaluate quickly.

The main objective of this project is to create electronic blood donor management information system in order to assist the management of blood donor records, planning and share information in more confidential, convenient and secure way using modern technology.

For example : In earlier days if a person need O+ve group blood then he/she would send messages through phones but this process is very time consuming and it reach to some extent only. This causes the great loss of man as well as material. By using this application the blood recipient can search for the required blood group very quickly through internet. If the required donor is available he/she will contact with that person directly. All these tasks will be done within short span of time .If the required donor is not available he/she can place requirement of blood group and his/her contact number in the emergency request which will be displayed on home page.

Scope:

This Application is not only used for searching required blood group but also deals with maintaining a emergency request on homepage and maintaining detail of donors, blood banks, hospital, clinic etc.
