OBJECTIVE
To obtain a corporate position with a leading technology company as a project manager and/or systems engineer. Member of NETadvantage Solutions Group, an international team providing fee based engineering services for the design & installation of cable TV headend systems. I developed processes to expedite system installation process from weeks to days. In addition I increased system sales volume and project profitability by pre-staging systems before shipment. I assisted in the development of an Excel tool to automate calculation of material & labor requirements for headend system proposals in support of sales personnel and coordinated customer requirements to insure system design effectiveness.

I managed new product introduction from design thru manufacturing release reducing cycle time 25%. I directed a team that designed & installed 25+ head-end systems per year. I also established new manufacturing procedures to reduce product failures and implemented new design requirements to insure product quality & reliability. Significant quality improvements were achieved under my leadership that increased production yields and reduced product warranty costs.
