Duties and responsibilities included oversight of all accounting activity including all monthly transactional accounting and supervision of staff through the monthly closing process and payroll. This included producing income statement, balance sheet, and monthly financial statement package.

Developed tools and systems to identify and provide financial and operational information to owners and other executives. Identified key performance metrics to be spotlighted each month and shared company-wide. Initiated a process to identify opportunities for proactive cost control.
